What’s something you’ve done that you never thought you could?

WALK AWAY…

from the disparities, microagressions, backwards thinking, prejudice to bias…everything in between

The smiling of faces pretending not to be mean

The fears of groundhog day – I know what’s coming

Same conclusion of present day’s past, the replay – unchanged scenarios I hear in ear…drumming

Casualties of mass deception, zombies on the inside – no inflection

See me as a mirror…they see their reflection

My eyes like the x-rayed version of Meta

I see through

Many don’t wanna hear it…when I speak that Truth.

So I accepted my fate, carried the cross, afflictions are many, heart stilll soft

Tears and brokenhearted as I leave those loved…still in the world

Cast my cares, traded for Light…I’m just a girl

On the path of Right looking for a new day

Never look back…

…I’m just walking away.
