What’s one thing that would instantly improve your city?

A change in government.

Look, I’m not political…my focus is higher and deeper having a spiritual and biblical connection with The Most High.

Through all of my awareness of systemic issues…I view it through the lens of holiness.

The dedication, consistency and strictness of servitude of the Essenes…the selflessness of prophets, upon the Rock of my Salvation; the Law & the Testimony… I boldy stand firm and say…

For the sake of the people…yes, better schools, smoother & safer roads, lower taxes, affordable & optimal healthcare, REALISTIC living expenses, etc., etc., etc. would be helpful.

However, from a biblical perspective it would do us well to have something beneficial.

A change of government???…well, in all fairness that does not happen overnight. Children of AhaYah will never advocate for wolves in sheeps’ clothing nor devils with paper wings. Yet, notice “A change in government”. That is, a change of perspective…a change of the lens in which we see the world.

Reasoning, debating and contending over parties is like arguing two sides of the same coin…a change of governance??? Been there down that!

We need something more.

Imagine an authority having governance over lives that they don’t have empathy or sympathy for because they cannot relate. It is not in their blood to ever understand what everyday people endure….we’re living this realism.

The hearts of many have indeed grown cold so much that they call evil good and good evil….woe unto them.

When the compassion and patience left for the man, woman and now even the child…we can be confident that those holy traits never left but infact they never existed.

Truth cuts like a sword, Truth is salt in a wound but if you can stand the chastening then you can heal from the correction.

That is what would swiftly improve not just the city but the world…a change of heart…a change of mind.
